LAST ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY TO SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS - MONDAY 11th DECEMBER
ORDER NOW – then tell us if you want it delivered closer to Christmas. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
We will be closed between 19th December 2023 and 3rd January and will not be dispatching any orders during that time.
Delivery is free on all hampers and for orders over £60 to most of the UK mainland, but there will be an additional charge for “Highlands and Islands”, as described by our couriers. This will be applied during the checkout process. There is a delivery charge of £8.25 for non-hamper orders under £60. Orders can also be collected from our warehouse in Market Harborough.
We are unable to offer Saturday deliveries at this time.
Deliveries are made within 2-3 working days. We aim to dispatch your order the day after we receive it using a 24-hour courier service (usually DHL). For example, orders received on a Monday will be dispatched on a Tuesday for delivery on a Wednesday. Orders received on Thursdays or Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday. Although we use a 24-hour delivery service, during the Christmas period this might take up to 2 days as the couriers can be extremely busy.
The delivery dates we provide are purely indicative and are not guaranteed, although we will make every effort to deliver on any date provided. Courier deliveries are made up to 6pm - the courier is not able to specify delivery times.
Any special or specific delivery instructions can be left in the relevant box when placing your order and should include details of any access restrictions which could impede the delivery of your order. If the hamper is being sent as a gift, we would advise that you call the recipient to let them know to expect a delivery. Some customers find it helpful to send hampers to the recipient's work address.
If there is no one at the property when delivery is attempted and no delivery instructions have been given, the item(s) will be returned to the local delivery depot and a card will be posted through the door, inviting you to rearrange delivery. If this is not rearranged within approximately 7 days, this may be returned to us and a redelivery charge will be applied.
