Our Producer - L'Antica Madia
L'Antica Madia is a small family run company from the beautiful and hilly "Langhe" area of Piemonte in North West Italy. They specialise in the production of dry pasta, including egg pasta which they remember their grandmothers making by hand in the 1930s. Production started with tajarin all'uovo, a traditional pasta from Piemonte typically served with butter and truffles, tajarin ai tartufi. The range now extends to include wonderfully and naturally coloured pasta, 'for those who like to bring a little colour and joy' to the table.
