Prosciutto Nostrano (100g sliced)❆
Prosciutto Nostrano is a type of salt cured, dry aged Italian ham intended to be thinly sliced and eaten raw as an antipasto. It is also great in panini.
Salame Finocchiona (100g sliced)❆
This classic Tuscan salami is made with good quality pork and is flavoured with whole fennel seeds, giving it a fragrant aroma and a delicate sweet flavour.
Spianata Calabra (100g sliced)❆
This salami has quite a fine texture and an intense aroma. The addition of chilli gives the Spianata Calabra a real kick (after about 3 seconds!), but without overpowering the flavour.
Lagrein Red Wine Cheese (200g)❆
A semi-hard alpine cow's milk cheese that has steeped in red wine giving it a delicious flavour.
A mini caciotta cheese in an individual wooden case. Made with a blend of cow's and sheep's milk, it has a mild flavour enhanced with the addition of black truffles from Aqualagna.
Also known as Fiore Sardo, this is a hard, mature cheese made with sheep's milk and comes from the island of Sardinia. It has a lovely mild earthly flavour.
Rosemary Quadrotti Crackers (200g)
Delicious classic Italian crackers flavoured with rosemary, very moreish! These little crackers make the perfect snack.

❆ Fresh / Chilled Products
When you receive your parcel you should remove the ice-pack and put the fresh products in the fridge leaving them in their wrappings.
They will last, unopened, as follows:
Sliced Meats: about 5 days
Pecorino & Lagrein: 2-3 weeks
Mini Caciotta: about 2 weeks
For deliveries in December or On Request
The following products will either be vacuum wrapped by us or pre-packed by the producer in modified air and will then last as shown:
Sliced Meats: at least 2 weeks
Pecorino & Lagrein: 4-6 weeks
Mini Caciotta: about 2 weeks
