Our Returns & Refunds policy
Now here's the thing....... if you are happy then we are happy!
So, in the unlikely event that you are not happy we will make it as easy as possible to put things right.
- If the goods you receive are damaged, defective or different from the goods you ordered you will be entitled to either replacement goods or a full refund. Please examine the goods on delivery and notify us within 2 days of any problems. You can call us on 01858 419554 or email email@example.com. (In the event of damaged goods it would be great if you could take a photo. This helps us with any claim from our insurers.)
- Goods to be returned for reasons that are not the fault of Just so Italian are returned at your own risk and cost, but we will refund the original invoice including the original carriage. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns where the food packaging has been opened. All goods must be returned unused, in their original state, and in the original packing to Just so Italian Units 11-12 Courtyard Workshops, Bath Street, Market Harborough, Leicestershire LE16 9EW. Returns should include a copy of your original invoice with your name and address clearly shown, and a short explanatory note with reasons for the return.
