Some notes on Delivery

Our Delivery charges are as follows:
£6.95 on orders up to £15
£2.95 on orders over £15 and below £35
FREE on orders over £35

We use a courier (normally Fedex) to deliver our goods and all orders will have to be signed for.


The order process is as follows:
1) As soon as we have received your order we will send you a confirmation email.
2) Each day we process all the orders received on the previous day and send them out.
3) Once they have been dispatched we will send you an email to let you know.
4) The courier offers us a next day delivery service.


Please note though that we do not ship any orders on a Friday as we do not want the goods sitting in the courier's warehouse over the weekend.

Where you have ordered any meats or cheeses which need to be chilled we will add an ice pack that lasts for 24hrs. We will also put a sticker on the outside of your parcel to let you know there are items inside that need to be chilled.

If you would like us to deliver on a particular date (as long as it is NOT a Monday) just let us know by adding a note at checkout. Alternatively if you would like to discuss delivery with someone please give us a call on 01858 419554.
