These Tajarin are a long, finely cut egg pasta from our Producer in Piemonte in Northern Italy.
They are carefully made by hand and dried slowly before being packed into rustic boxes.
Traditionally tajarin are served tossed in butter and parmesan topped with shavings of white truffle. They are also great with all tomato based sauces.
Suitable for vegetarians.
