In Italian 'Spianata' means flattened. This salami has a fine texture and a characteristic spianata shape.

Fresh chilli has been added to this version which gives quite a kick but doesn't overpower the flavour of the meat.

Use it thinly sliced in a sandwich or Panini or simply on its own.

As well as 100g sliced, which will last for about a week in the fridge, we can also offer a 1.1kg (approx.) piece for you to slice as required. This should last about 3 months in the fridge and if you have a meat slicer it is the more cost-effective option.
