 Approximately 250g in weight this soft and creamy cheese has a similar texture to mozarella.

Its unusual money bag shape is obtained by tying string around the cheese about one third of the way from the top and hanging it up to dry.

Try it thickly sliced then cooked on a griddle pan until slightly melted for a quick and delicious snack.

Will last for a couple of weeks in the fridge.
