 A long thin salami from Felino, small town near Parma.

It is a coarsely ground pure pork salami flavoured salt, peppercorns white wine and other spices. It is soft and sweet with a delicate aroma.

As well as 100g sliced, which will last for about a week in the fridge, we can also offer a 500g (approx.) or a 1kg (approx) piece for you to slice as required. These should last about 3 months in the fridge and if you have a meat slicer they are the more cost-effective options.
