About the Producer
Ciresa
Based in Lecco in Lombardia the Ciresa family have been producing cheese since 1927. They state that the quality of their milk and their well developed ageing process make them stand out among other cheese producers. They are particularly proud of their Taleggio and Gorgonzola, both of which we have included in our range. Their passion for cheese is endearing and as soon as we tasted their products we knew we had found the right producer for us.
