The home-grown Courgettes are hand-grilled over flaming hot charcoals and the small number of ingredients added means the delicate flavour of the courgettes are preserved.

Perfect with some fresh buffalo mozzarella, a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkling of toasted pinenuts. Suitable for vegetarians.

They source vegetables from their local farmers' market and all their ingredients are natural. Everyone lends a hand in the manufacture of their wonderful antipasti products with chargrilling at the back of their small premises now an age-old tradition
