This pasta is made with wholemeal spelt, an ancient grain from the wheat family, which is more digestible than ordinary wheat.

It has a delicious nutty and more robust flavour than white pasta. This shape takes its name from the corkscrews which they resemble and are ideal with tomato based sauces.
