This pasta is made with wholemeal spelt, an ancient grain from the wheat family, which is more digestible than ordinary wheat.

It has a delicious nutty and more robust flavour than white pasta.

Try making this simple speedy supper: heat a little olive oil in a pan with a clove of garlic, add some dried chilli flakes, then toss the cooked pasta in the oil and serve with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Suitable for vegetarians.
