One of our own range of antipasti in a jar, exclusively produced in Italy.

Juicy sun dried tomatoes mixed with capers and spices for extra flavours and preserved in sunflower oil.

Chop some up and add to a tuna fish salad or whizz up with some toasted pine nut, parmesan cheese, olive oil and some garlic for a simple pesto to stir through pasta.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: sundried tomatoes (65%), sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, capers, salt, spices, acidity corrector: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
