"Tomato & Black Olive sauce"

Made for us by our Producer in Abruzzo in central Italy this wonderful Olive sauce is the perfect store cupboard ingredient.

It contains juicy ripe tomatoes from the Producer’s local farmers’ market mixed with succulent olives to make a satisfying pasta sauce.

Also delicious as a pizza topping - use a plain pizza base, top with the Sugo Alle Olive, some sliced mozzarella and some Parma ham.

Not suitable for vegetarians.

They source vegetables from their local farmers' market and all their ingredients are natural. Everyone lends a hand in the manufacture of their wonderful antipasti products with chargrilling at the back of their small premises now an age-old tradition
