"Tomato & Fresh Chilli sauce"

Made for us by our Producer in Abruzzo this spicy sauce or “angry” as it means in Italian is a blend of the best selected sunripe tomatoes and enough fresh chilli to add a kick.

Traditionally served with penne, this sauce is also delicious warmed up and served as a dip for prawns, chicken goujons or even deep fried mozzarella.

Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients
Tomatoes (80%), extra virgin olive oil, onions, celery, peppers, garlic, chilli pepper, salt.

They source vegetables from their local farmers' market and all their ingredients are natural. Everyone lends a hand in the manufacture of their wonderful antipasti products with chargrilling at the back of their small premises now an age-old tradition
