"Tomato & Salt Cod sauce"

This salt cod sauce has been made for us by our Producer in Abruzzo in central Italy using tomatoes bought at their local farmers’ market.

The sweetness of the tomatoes combine beautifully with the delicate salt cod to create a luxurious pasta sauce.

Use with any long pasta or alternatively as a base for fish soup with some fresh clams or mussels, chunky white fish such as monk fish, langoustines and a touch of chilli.

Not suitable for vegetarians.

They source vegetables from their local farmers' market and all their ingredients are natural. Everyone lends a hand in the manufacture of their wonderful antipasti products with chargrilling at the back of their small premises now an age-old tradition
