Made from the raggia, frantoio, leccino, maurino, moraiolo, carboncella and rosciola varieties grown at 150m above sea level.

This is a clear oil with a fresh, fruity flavour and a herbaceous aftertaste with a hint of green tomato.

It is excellent drizzled on pasta, into soups, over roast meats or bruschetta. This oil is especially suitable for cooking and even for frying because due to its natural antioxidant content, it withstands high temperatures.

About the Producer
Fattoria Pettrini
Family run business that produce organic extra virgin olive oil from their own olive groves in Monte San Vito. Monte San Vito has been well known for centuries because of its mild climate and fertile soil, perfect for the cultivation of olives. The Petrini Farm does not use any synthetic fertilisers and pesticides in the production of its olive oil. The only fertilising methods adopted in the farm are the green manure, i.e. placing pulse vegetables underground to favour the release of nitrogen, and the process and pruning residues, that are also placed underground
