This dry sparkling wine comes from Valdobbiane in Veneto.

It has a pale straw colour and a light, fruity nose with hints of flowers.

Its delicate, fresh flavour makes it the ideal aperitif with a few smoked salmon canapes, or try it as a dessert wine. Serve around 8°
