"Mosto Extra Virgin Olive Oil"

This extra virgin olive oil is made with taggiasche olives which grow in Liguria in Northern Italy.

The name 'mosto' means that the oil is unfiltered, bottled as soon as it comes out of the mill.

It has an intense herbaceous flavour and fruity taste and is particularly good as a salad dressing, drizzled over grilled fish, or simply for dipping bread into.
