"Garlic & Chilli Extra Virgin Olive Oil"

This classic combination of flavours is produced by crushing fresh garlic and chilli peppers into extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Gentile variety of olive from Chieti in Central Italy.

It is unfiltered and contains no additives or artificial flavourings.

Use it to add a kick to pizzas, drizzled over grilled fish or meats or as it is best known for, over a bowl of steaming hot spaghetti.

The Masciantonio family have a long history with olive oil, having worked in olive mills since the beginning of the 18th century.
Paolo Masciantonio bought the land in the Abruzzo countryside in 1924 and has been making oil in 1948 from their 4000 olive trees (Gentile di Chieti and Intosso varieties)
Now run by the third generation of the same family, using modern technology and a lifetime's experience
The olives are picked, the leaves removed and the olives washed. They are then crushed and pressed in the granite mill before being passed through organic filters.
