This wine is made with Cortese grapes from Gavi in Northern Italy.

It is pale straw in colour and has floral notes with hints of peach and apricots. Its delicate, dry flavour is best appreciated while the wine is young.

Serve this easy-drinking wine with cold antipasti, fish canapes or pasta with pesto. Serve around 10°
