"Chargrilled Fennel"

Grown in the Producer’s own vegetable garden in rural Abruzzo this fennel is then grilled by hand over charcoal and preserved in extra virgin olive oil for extra flavour.

It’s perfect with seafood salad, any kind of fish, cheese or with a mixture of grilled meats.

Suitable for vegetarians.

They source vegetables from their local farmers' market and all their ingredients are natural. Everyone lends a hand in the manufacture of their wonderful antipasti products with chargrilling at the back of their small premises now an age-old tradition
