"Wild Plum Jam"

The wild plums that grow naturally in the woods of the Sibillini Mountains in Le Marche region of Italy are the basis of this wonderful jam.

Small chunks of ripe fruit give the jam a fresh flavour with a pleasantly sweet aftertaste.

Delicious for breakfast on hot buttered toast. Or why not try it the traditional Italian way served with Parmesan, pecorino and other mature cheeses.

Suitable for vegetarians.
