Carnaroli Rice (500g)
Details
Carnaroli rice is one of the great Superfino varieties (meaning that it has a slightly elongated grain), also known as 'the King of Rice'.

The rice we have chosen is grown in Piemonte in Northern Italy, where most of the Italian rice is grown.

Its round grains absorb more cooking liquid than other types of rice so it is much more difficult to overcook.

This rice is perfect for making risottos, producing a creamy texture whilst the grains remain firm.
