Oliveri Started in the 1920's with the then head of the family, Emilio, working with mushrooms in Piancastagna, a little village situated a few kilometers from Acqui Terme in the south region of Piemonte. The majority of the ingredients they use are grown in their fields, helping to keep complete control over the antipasti products they produce. They still thrive today as an 'old style' family producer but now with a shop in Acqui Terme being a large part of how they sell.
